Product Description:

The diaphragm plays a crucial role in the functioning of a pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the air trapped above the diaphragm quickly dissipates, leading to the rapid opening of the main diaphragm valve. Conversely, when the pulse valve is de-energised, air is released through the bleed hole in the main pulse valve to equalize the diaphragm pressure, resulting in the instant closure of the pulse valve.

Operating Process:
Electric signal triggers pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air enters filter bag via jetting pipe → Filter bag expands to shake off dust → Diaphragm resets to close.
