Product Description:
The pulse valve's most crucial component is the diaphragm. When the pulse valve is activated, the air trapped above the diaphragm is quickly released, leading to the rapid opening of the main valve. Conversely, when the pulse valve is deactivated, air escapes through a bleed hole in the main valve to equalize the diaphragm pressure, causing an instantaneous closure of the pulse valve.

Applications:
The bag type dust collector spray system
The M/D series diaphragms (e.g., M/D25) serve as the core sealing and actuating elements of the pulse valve in the dust collector, controlling the instantaneous release of compressed air to clear dust on the filter bag surface through high-frequency spraying (several times per second).
Workflow: Electric signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm instantly opens → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the spray tube → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.
