SMC KQG2 Series One-Touch Pneumatic Fittings
SMC KQG2 series one-touch pneumatic fittings are the ideal choice for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications and offer consumers a wealth of benefits.
These fittings are 30 percent smaller and 62 percent lighter than the existing KQG range, and they are compatible with a wide range of tubing diameters from 3.2 to 16mm, making them suitable for many different types of environments from compressed air and water to steam.
They perform well under various pressure and temperature conditions (-100kPa to 1MPa and -5°C to +150°C respectively), and they are made of SUS316 stainless steel, which is much more corrosion resistant than the grade 304 stainless steel. This makes them especially suitable for chloride environments, making them an exceptionally reliable choice for many applications.

SMC KQG2 series one-touch pneumatic fittings boast various advantages. First, they are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and higher pitting property. It is particularly suitable for chloride environments.
What’s more, this product is exceptionally small and lightweight. It is about 30% shorter and 62% lighter than KQGL06-01S. The metal parts are made of stainless steel 316, sealed with special FKM, making it be able to accommodate a wide range of tubing materials such as TEP, PFA, Nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin.

Return and Refund:
