The Variable displacement motor (A)A6VM is a motor of bent-axis design with an axial tapered piston rotary group. It can be used for both open and closed loop purposes, in both mobile and industrial applications. The motor’s output speed depends on the flow from the pump and the motor’s displacement. The output torque increases with the pressure differential between the high-pressure and low-pressure sides, as well as with increasing displacement.

The RE91604 is part of Series 6, that provides a range of options in terms of sizes (e.g. 80, 107, 160). It is an axial tapered piston with a bent-axis design, designed for mobile and stationary applications. It is a great choice for providing a wide-range of control, high speeds and torque, as well as being compact and robust with a long service life.

In addition, the RE91604 offers cost savings. These come from the elimination of gear shifts, as well as from the potential to use smaller pumps. It is also easy to control with a wide selection of control devices available, as well as having very good starting characteristics.

3) Sizes 28 to 200: ∆p = 400 bar (5800 PSI); sizes 250 to 1000: ∆p = 350 bar (5100 PSI)

Caution: Exceeding the permissible limit values may result in a loss of function, a reduction in service life or in the destruction of the

axial piston unit. Other permissible limit values with respect to speed variation, reduced angular acceleration as a function of

the frequency and the permissible startup angular acceleration (lower than the maximum angular acceleration) can be found
