The TS-2000 Rod Seal is a well-known design and provides a reliable leakproof system. In addition, it can self-adjust and is resilient to any mechanical deflection that may occur.

The "Jewel" Rod Gland Assembly can be removed from the exterior without the need to take apart the cylinder. The long bearing surface is inside the seal, ensuring lubrication from within. An o-ring is used to create a seal between the gland and head, as well as providing prevailing torque-type lock.

The Double-Service Wiperseal™ is used as a secondary seal, wiping away any oil film from the rod on the extend stroke. On the reverse stroke, it cleans the rod. For piston rods with a diameter of 2.000 inches or less, a piston rod stud is included for no extra charge, featuring strong rolled threads made from high strength steel. This is then permanently secured using anaerobic adhesive.
