Product Description:

(1) Installation of PALL filter element on Pump Suction Port:

It is recommended to install a surface type oil filter on the suction path of the pump. This filter helps in removing larger impurities and particles to protect the hydraulic pump. The filtering capacity of the oil filter should be more than twice the pump flow rate with a pressure loss of less than 0.02 MPa.

(2) Installation of PALL filter element on Pump Outlet Oil Circuit:

Installing an oil filter on the outlet oil circuit of the pump is important to remove pollutants that may enter components like valves. The filter's filtration accuracy should be 10-15 μ m, with the ability to withstand working pressure and impact pressure on the oil circuit. The filter should have a pressure drop of less than 0.35 MPa. A safety valve should be installed to prevent oil filter blockage.

(3) Installation of PALL filter element on System's Return Oil Line:

Installing a PALL filter element on the system's return oil line helps as an indirect filter. A back pressure valve is usually installed in parallel with the filter. The back pressure valve opens when the filter becomes clogged and reaches a certain pressure value.

(4) Installation of PALL filter element on System Branch Oil Circuit:

Another way to install a PALL filter element is on the system's branch oil circuit.

(5) PALL Filter Element Separate Filtration System:

A large hydraulic system can have a dedicated hydraulic pump and oil filter to form an independent filtration circuit.
