The CY1B rodless cylinder operates using a unique mechanism that involves high-strength magnetic long-term rings installed on the cylinder piston. Due to the opposite magnetic properties of the two sets of magnetic rings, they exert a powerful suction force.
When air is released into the cylinder, it pushes the piston, and the magnetic force drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside of the cylinder to move simultaneously. To ensure efficient operation, the thrust of the cylinder piston must be carefully adapted to the suction force of the magnetic ring.
