I. Basic Working Attributes

Operating Principle: Based on pulse jet technology, it instantly releases compressed air through electromagnetic or pneumatic control to form high-speed pulse airflow, which cleans the filter bags/cartridges and removes attached dust.

Control Methods:
1. Electromagnetic control: The valve port is quickly opened/closed by the solenoid valve receiving electrical signals, with a fast response speed (millisecond level).
2. Pneumatic control: Driven by a pneumatic control valve, it is suitable for high-pressure and harsh environments (such as high-temperature and corrosive occasions).

II. Core Technical Parameters

Working Pressure: Usually 0.4-0.7MPa (special models can adapt to higher pressures). Pressure stability directly affects the blowing force and ash cleaning effect.
Blowing Volume and Blowing Time:
Blowing volume: The amount of compressed air released in a single time (related to the valve port diameter and pressure), which needs to match the size of the filter bag/cartridge.
Blowing time: Generally 0.05-0.2 seconds, which can be adjusted through the control system. If it is too short, the ash cleaning will be incomplete; if it is too long, energy will be wasted.
Response Time: The time from receiving the signal to fully opening is usually ≤50 milliseconds. A fast response can reduce compressed air loss and increase the ash cleaning frequency.
Interface Size: The pipe diameters of the air inlet and air outlet (connected to the blowing pipe). Common specifications include DN20, DN25, DN32, etc. (or inch specifications 1/2", 3/4", etc.), which need to match the system pipeline.
Working Medium: Dry and clean compressed air (oil content ≤0.5ppm, water content ≤-40℃ dew point) to avoid blockage or corrosion of the valve body by impurities.

III. Environmental Adaptability Attributes

Working Temperature: Regular models: -10℃~60℃ (electromagnetically controlled).
High-temperature models: Can adapt to above 150℃ (need to use high-temperature resistant sealing materials and valve body materials).
Corrosion Resistance: The valve body material can be cast iron, aluminum alloy (with surface anti-corrosion treatment), or stainless steel (304/316). Stainless steel models are suitable for humid and corrosive environments.

IV. Structural and Material Attributes

Valve Body Structure: It adopts a diaphragm structure (the core component is an elastic diaphragm). The valve port is opened/closed through the rapid deformation of the diaphragm, which has the characteristics of good sealing, low wear, and long service life.
Diaphragm Material: Common materials are nitrile rubber (NBR, oil-resistant and wear-resistant) and fluororubber (FKM, high-temperature resistant and chemical corrosion resistant). The selection depends on the working medium and temperature.
