The Burkert Series 6213 features servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valves that are normally closed. The Series 6213 is a P/NC type (normally closed with inlet port P) 2/2-way solenoid valve. It employs a force-coupled diaphragm combined with a spring in a servo-assisted design. This design allows the standard valve to start operating even at zero pressure, although a pressure differential of at least 0.1 bar is recommended for the valve to fully open.
A specialized variant, the HP00 version, can open without requiring any pressure difference, making it ideal for gas and vacuum applications.
