Product Description:

The UNID UW series solenoid valve is designed with a pilot diaphragm-driven mechanism. It is normally closed, meaning the valve remains shut when de-energized and opens when powered. This design allows the valve to operate efficiently even under zero pressure differential, which enhances its versatility across various applications.

The material used for the valve body depends on the size of the valve. Sizes ranging from 3/8" to 1" utilize forged brass, while larger sizes from 1¼" to 2" are made of cast bronze. Both materials offer excellent resistance to corrosion, ensuring durability and long service life in different environments.

For sealing, the standard material is NBR, which can handle temperatures up to 80°C. However, for applications requiring higher temperature resistance, optional seal materials such as Viton or Silicon are available, capable of operating up to 130°C. This flexibility allows the valve to accommodate various fluid temperature requirements.

The UW series solenoid valves come with standard threaded connection types including BSPT, NPT, and BSP, complying with international piping standards. Regarding electrical specifications, the coil's standard operating voltages are 110VAC, 220VAC, and 24VDC. Additionally, special voltages can be provided upon request to meet particular system needs.
