The UNID SUW series solenoid valve is designed with a pilot diaphragm-driven mechanism and features a normally closed configuration. This means the valve remains closed when de-energized and opens automatically upon energization.
Constructed from investment cast SUS 316 stainless steel (CF8M), the valve body provides excellent resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for use with aggressive media and in harsh environmental conditions. This robust material choice ensures durability and long service life.
One of the key attributes of the SUW series is its ability to operate directly at zero pressure differential, which significantly broadens its range of applications. The valve comes standard with NBR seals rated up to 80°C, while Viton or Silicon seals rated up to 130°C are available as options to accommodate various fluid temperature requirements.
The series supports a variety of standard threaded connections, including BSPT, NPT, and BSP types, complying with international piping standards. For power supply, the standard coil voltages include 110VAC, 220VAC, and 24VDC. Custom voltage options can also be provided upon request.
