The DAMT-V1 series is the original Festo middle trunnion mounting assembly, specifically engineered for ISO15552 (previously ISO6431, VDMA24562) standard cylinders, including the DSBC and DNC series. It is compatible with ISO standard cylinders with bore sizes of 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, and 125 mm. The model number follows the format DAMT-V1-XX-A, where "XX" represents the cylinder bore size.
Constructed from galvanized steel for the flange and clamping piece, the assembly features a high-alloy stainless steel pivot shaft and galvanized steel screws. It is rated CRC1, indicating a low level of corrosion resistance, and uses copper-free materials. The product complies with LABS/PWIS and RoHS standards, making it suitable for environments such as lithium battery production workshops.
Designed to operate within a wide ambient temperature range from -40°C up to 150°C, the DAMT-V1 series offers high mechanical load-bearing capacity. It enables a middle pivot swing installation of pneumatic cylinders, which effectively reduces installation stress and prevents cylinder deformation during reciprocating movements.
