Product Description:
The DAMT-V1 series is an original middle trunnion mounting assembly from Festo, specifically designed for ISO15552 standard cylinders. This standard includes the former ISO6431 and VDMA24562 standards. The series is compatible with DSBC and DNC series ISO standard cylinders. It supports a range of cylinder bore sizes including 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, and 125 mm. The model designation DAMT-V1-XX-A reflects the bore size of the cylinder, where "XX" stands for the specific bore diameter.
Constructed from high-quality materials, the assembly features a galvanized steel flange and clamping piece, a pivot shaft made of high-alloy stainless steel, and galvanized steel screws. It is built to CRC1 low corrosion resistance grade, uses copper-free materials, and complies with LABS/PWIS and RoHS standards. These characteristics make it suitable for environments such as lithium battery production workshops where strict material standards are required.
The DAMT-V1 series performs well in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -40℃ up to 150℃. It offers high mechanical load-bearing capacity and facilitates middle pivot swing installation for pneumatic cylinders. This design effectively reduces installation stress on the cylinder, preventing deformation during reciprocating movements. Additionally, the assembly simplifies the mounting process on site by including a complete set of fixing accessories.
