The JORC electronic timer condensate drain series comprises two main models: the OPTIMUM and the COMBO. These models are engineered for the automatic, timed discharge of condensed water within comprehensive compressed air systems. Each drain unit features an analog solid-state electronic timer paired with a 2/2 way direct-acting solenoid valve. This design facilitates flexible adjustment of both the drain duration and the interval cycle, ensuring compatibility with varying volumes of condensate generated.

The OPTIMUM model is distinguished by its compact, straight brass body and a large 4.5 mm discharge orifice. This configuration is optimized for scenarios involving high condensate flow and is ideally suited for clean compressed air pipelines that include pre-filtering components. On the other hand, the COMBO integrated model combines a mesh strainer and a manual ball valve within a single compact assembly. This integration effectively prevents solid particles from blocking the orifice, while the built-in ball valve allows independent system shut-off. This feature supports safe, on-site maintenance without necessitating a complete pipeline shutdown.

Both models offer compatibility with multiple thread sizes, including 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT/G1/2.
