These units are specially designed to provide automatic timed discharge of condensed water within full-range compressed air systems. Utilizing an analog solid-state electronic timer paired with a 2/2 way direct acting solenoid valve, the series allows flexible adjustments for both drain duration and interval cycles. The OPTIMUM model is characterized by its compact, straight brass body and features a large 4.5mm discharge orifice. This design is ideal for high condensate flow conditions, particularly in clean compressed air pipelines where pre-filtering is in place. In contrast, the COMBO integrated model incorporates a mesh strainer and a manual ball valve within a single compact unit. This combination effectively prevents solid particle entry that might block the orifice.
