Each drain unit features an analog solid-state electronic timer paired with a 2/2 way direct acting solenoid valve, enabling flexible adjustment of both the drain duration and interval cycle. The OPTIMUM model is characterized by its compact, straight brass body and a large 4.5mm discharge orifice, making it ideal for applications with high condensate flow. It is best suited for clean compressed air pipelines where pre-filtering is applied. On the other hand, the COMBO model integrates additional features such as a mesh strainer and a manual ball valve within one compact unit. This design effectively blocks solid particles to prevent orifice blockage, while the built-in ball valve facilitates independent system shut-off. This allows for safe on-site maintenance without the need to shut down the entire pipeline.
Both models offer compatibility with multiple thread sizes, including 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT/G1/2 connections, as well as a range of voltage options such as 24VDC, 24VAC, 115VAC, 220VAC, and 230VAC. Each unit is equipped with a physical TEST button and an LED indicator to display the working status. This facilitates manual drainage triggering to verify normal operation.
