The MC10000 Series zero-loss mechanical float condensate drain is an energy-efficient solution for automatically removing condensate from compressed air systems without losing valuable compressed air. Designed with a reliable float mechanism, it opens to discharge condensate only when a preset liquid level is reached and closes tightly afterward, ensuring zero air loss during operation. Ideal for installation downstream of air compressors, aftercoolers, air dryers, and receivers, this drain features a rugged aluminum alloy housing and handles high flow rates up to 250–300 m³/min. It offers dependable, maintenance-free performance in demanding industrial environments, significantly reducing energy costs compared to timer-based or manual drains.
