Product Description:

The ADNGF series represents a line of high-performance, compact pneumatic cylinders specifically designed to deliver dependable linear motion in automation settings where space is limited. These cylinders incorporate a plain-bearing guide system, which includes guide rods and a yoke plate to effectively prevent the piston rod from rotating. Available as double-acting cylinders, the series offers piston diameters ranging from 12mm up to 100mm, along with stroke lengths between 5mm and 80mm. Custom stroke lengths are also available, providing versatile solutions for diverse tasks such as positioning, clamping, ejecting, and feeding.

Built in accordance with the ISO 21287 standard, the ADNGF series is engineered to occupy up to 50% less installation space compared to similar cylinders adhering to the ISO 15552 standard. The cylinders feature a distinctive square cross-section that includes circumferential sensor slots on three sides, allowing for seamless and flush mounting of proximity switches. Additionally, the piston rod comes equipped with a male thread, facilitating precise position sensing through the use of proximity switches.

Manufactured from smooth-anodised wrought aluminium alloy for both the barrel and cover, the ADNGF cylinders operate under pressures ranging from 0.1 MPa to 1.0 MPa (equivalent to 1 to 10 bar). To ensure smooth motion and an extended service life, elastic cushioning rings or pads are installed at both ends to absorb residual energy. These cylinders are suitable for operation within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Overall, the ADNGF series is an excellent choice for applications demanding high running power, reliable position detection, and long-lasting performance, all within a compact installation footprint.
