Pulse valves are the "switch" for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system of the pulse bag filter. It is used to control the release of air pulses in the cleaning cycle. When the dust collector control board starts the cleaning cycle, it sends an electrical signal to the solenoid valve, and then activates the pulse valve.

Inside the pulse valve, the rubber diaphragm opens and closes to release the compressed air stored in the air header. At this time, the air enters the blowing pipe above the filter through the valve, and then enters the filter down to clean the filter bag.

In specific environments such as the food and pharmaceutical industry, the system is equipped with EPDM food grade film to prevent contamination.

For oil-containing compressed air systems, NBR diaphragms are implemented to ensure resistance to oil and maintain a proper seal.

When faced with high-pressure impact scenarios, the system relies on a CA62T/CA76T double diaphragm structure capable of withstanding pressures up to 0.85MPa.

In high-humidity environments like cement raw material grinding, the system effectively performs dust removal operations while preventing condensation, maintaining optimal working conditions.
