Product Description:
DB120 ( DB120/C ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve VNP220, VEM220, VNP420, VEM420, VNP424, VEM424, VNP620, VEM620, VNP720, VEM72; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. On a pulse jet baghouse pulse valves (also called diaphragm valves) control the release of air pulses during the cleaning cycle. When the baghouse control board or timer board initiates a cleaning cycle it sends an electrical signal to the solenoids, when then activate the pulse valve. Inside the pulse valve, a rubber diaphragm opens and closes to release the compressed air stored in the air header tank. The air then passes through the valve into the blow pipes above the filters and then is directed down into the filters to clean them.
Applications:
The baghouse pulse jet system utilizes M/D series diaphragms (such as M/D25) as the core sealing and actuating components of pulse valves. These diaphragms control the instant release of compressed air in the dust collector, enabling high-frequency jetting (multiple times per second) to clean the surface area of filter bags from accumulated dust.
Operating process: electrical signal triggers pulse valve → diaphragm opens instantly → compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the jet pipe → filter bag expands and shakes off dust → diaphragm resets and closes precisely.

- Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., 1-inch pulse valves
- MD series pulse valves (e.g., MD120, MD125, MD140S), especially suitable for valves with nominal diameters of 20mm~76mm.
