Product Description:

The Skylink SK Series pump diaphragms are premium replacement membranes specifically engineered for Skylink SK Series air-operated double diaphragm pumps. These diaphragms are compatible with a range of models, including the SK15, SK25, SK40, SK50, and SK80. Manufactured from high-grade materials such as Blue Santoprene, PTFE (Teflon), and NBR (Buna-N), they provide excellent chemical resistance, extended flex life, and dependable sealing performance, even under the most challenging industrial conditions.

Santoprene is a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer that merges the flexibility and elasticity of rubber with the durability and ease of processing typical of thermoplastics. The blue version of Santoprene stands out with superior abrasion resistance, broad chemical compatibility, and a long flex life. This makes it particularly suitable for handling abrasive slurries and moderate chemical substances, operating effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. PTFE, also known as Teflon, is renowned for being the most chemically inert material available. It offers near-universal chemical resistance across the full pH scale from 0 to 14 and can endure harsh chemicals as well as high temperatures up to +260°C. Meanwhile, NBR (Buna-N) delivers excellent elasticity, strong oil resistance, and solid wear resistance, along with robust mechanical resistance against solid and abrasive particulates, making it ideal for general-purpose applications involving oils, water, and mild chemicals.

Skylink diaphragms boast a robust construction using top-quality materials, allowing them to handle various fluid media effectively. Whether used as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacements or for scheduled maintenance, these diaphragms ensure the precision, reliability, and durability essential for critical industrial fluid handling operations. Additionally, components such as the air motor, diaphragm, valve ball, and pilot valve are designed for online servicing and replacement, facilitating easy upkeep and minimizing downtime.

Features:

Our diaphragms come in a variety of premium material options tailored to meet diverse application needs. You can choose from Blue Santoprene, PTFE (Teflon), and NBR (Buna-N), ensuring the right balance of performance and durability for your specific requirements.

Blue Santoprene diaphragms offer the ideal combination of rubber-like elasticity and thermoplastic toughness. They deliver exceptional abrasion resistance, an extended flex life, and broad chemical compatibility. These diaphragms operate effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C, making them versatile for many industrial uses.

PTFE diaphragms provide near-universal chemical resistance, capable of withstanding a wide pH range from 0 to 14. They are highly resistant to aggressive chemicals and operate smoothly at temperatures up to +260°C, suitable for the harshest environments.

NBR (Buna-N) diaphragms are known for their excellent elasticity and strong resistance to oils, wear, and mechanical impacts from solid and abrasive particles. These features make them an excellent choice for general-purpose applications requiring durability and reliability.

Designed for exceptional longevity, these diaphragms boast a superior flex life, capable of enduring millions of cycles in high-frequency applications. They are available in a wide size range, from 1/2" (140mm) to 3" (400mm), compatible with various pump models.

Constructed to withstand demanding industrial environments, the durable design ensures a long service life. Each diaphragm is manufactured with precision to fit seamlessly with Skylink SK15, SK25, SK40, SK50, and SK80 pump models, guaranteeing optimal performance.

Maintenance is straightforward and user-friendly. Critical components such as the air motor, diaphragm, valve ball, and pilot valve can all be serviced or replaced without removing the equipment from operation, reducing downtime and service complexities.

Additionally, these diaphragms require no air lubrication, simplifying operation and lowering maintenance costs. This feature makes them an economical and efficient choice for industrial pumping needs.
