Product Description:

The Skylink SK Series pump diaphragms are premium replacement membranes crafted specifically for the Skylink SK Series air-operated double diaphragm pumps. These diaphragms are compatible with models including SK15, SK25, SK40, SK50, and SK80. They are produced using high-quality materials such as Blue Santoprene, PTFE (Teflon), and NBR (Buna-N), which provide excellent chemical resistance, extended flex life, and dependable sealing performance even in the most challenging industrial environments.

Blue Santoprene is a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer that combines the flexibility and elasticity of rubber with the durability and ease of processing of thermoplastics. This blue variant is known for its superior abrasion resistance, broad chemical compatibility, and long flex life. It is well-suited for managing abrasive slurries and moderate chemical exposures, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. Meanwhile, PTFE, commonly referred to as Teflon, is renowned as the most chemically inert material available. It offers virtually universal chemical resistance across a full pH range of 0 to 14 and withstands aggressive chemicals and temperatures up to +260°C. NBR (Buna-N) features remarkable elasticity along with strong oil resistance, wear resistance, and mechanical durability against solid and abrasive particles, making it an optimal choice for general applications involving oils, water, and mild chemicals.

The Skylink diaphragms are constructed to be robust and adaptable, utilizing top-tier materials that ensure compatibility with a diverse range of fluid media. Whether employed as OEM replacements or for routine maintenance, these diaphragms provide the precision, reliability, and longevity necessary for critical industrial fluid handling operations. Additionally, components such as the air motor, diaphragm, valve ball, and pilot valve are serviceable and can be replaced online, enhancing maintenance convenience and equipment uptime.

Features:

Premium Material Options

We offer diaphragms made from Blue Santoprene, PTFE (Teflon), and NBR (Buna-N) materials to meet diverse application needs. Each material is carefully selected to provide optimal performance based on the specific requirements of your operation.

Blue Santoprene Diaphragms

Blue Santoprene diaphragms blend the elasticity of rubber with the durability of thermoplastics. They deliver exceptional abrasion resistance, a long flex life, and broad chemical compatibility. These diaphragms perform reliably across a temperature range from -40°C up to +130°C.

PTFE Diaphragms

PTFE diaphragms offer nearly universal chemical resistance, effectively handling substances throughout the pH spectrum of 0 to 14. They are capable of withstanding harsh chemicals and high temperatures reaching up to +260°C, making them suitable for the most demanding environments.

NBR (Buna-N) Diaphragms

NBR diaphragms provide exceptional elasticity coupled with strong resistance to oils, wear, and mechanical impacts from solids and abrasive particles. These characteristics make them an excellent choice for general-purpose applications where durability and resilience are essential.

Performance and Maintenance Features

Designed to endure millions of cycles, these diaphragms ensure superior flex life, making them ideal for high-cycling applications.

They come in a wide range of sizes, from 1/2" (140mm) up to 3" (400mm), to accommodate various pump models with ease.

The durable construction guarantees a long service life even in the most demanding industrial conditions.

Manufactured with precision, these diaphragms fit perfectly with Skylink pump models SK15, SK25, SK40, SK50, and SK80.

Maintenance is straightforward and convenient, with key components such as the air motor, diaphragm, valve ball, and pilot valve all serviceable and replaceable online.

Additionally, no air lubrication is required, which helps reduce maintenance expenses and simplifies overall operation.
