Product Description:

The Mecair 200 Series represents a range of high-performance right angle pulse jet diaphragm valves, specifically designed for reverse pulse filter cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. These valves operate by receiving electrical signals from a pulse controller, which triggers instantaneous, high-energy bursts of air to efficiently clean filter bags.

This series includes seven different models, covering port sizes from ¾ inch up to 3 inches. The 1½ inch models come in both single and double diaphragm options, whereas the 2 inch, 2½ inch, and 3 inch models are exclusively double diaphragm valves. The valve configuration features inlet and outlet ports positioned at a 90° angle, allowing for a compact and space-saving installation.

The VNP Series, known as the Integrated Pilot series, incorporates an integral solenoid pilot that is mounted directly on the valve itself. This design is ideal for applications where electrical control is preferred. The available models in this series include VNP206, VNP208, VNP212, VNP214, VNP216, VNP220, and VNP224.

On the other hand, the VEM Series, or Remote Pilot series, uses a remote pilot valve connected through nylon or metal tubing. This setup allows the pilot valve to be mounted separately from the main valve, providing greater flexibility in installation. Models in the VEM series include VEM206, VEM208, VEM212, VEM214, VEM216, VEM220, and VEM224.

The valve body is manufactured from die-cast aluminium alloy and treated with a black anodised coating to prevent corrosion, making it well-suited for demanding industrial environments. All bolts and screws are made from stainless steel to ensure durability. The standard diaphragm material used is NBR, with options available for Viton (FKM) and other variants to meet different application requirements.


Features:

The product features a right angle design where the inlet and outlet are positioned at 90°, allowing for a compact and space-saving installation. This configuration is ideal for setups where space is limited.

For electrical control, there are two pilot options available. The VNP series comes with an integrated solenoid pilot built into the unit, enabling direct and straightforward electrical operation. Alternatively, the VEM series offers a remote pilot valve that can be installed separately and connected via tubing, providing greater flexibility in installation.

The design has been optimized for fast opening times, ensuring a rapid response that enhances the efficiency of cleaning processes. Additionally, the valve supports high flow capacity with elevated Kv values, which improves pulse efficiency while reducing air consumption.
