GOYEN RCA‑T Series Valve Overview
The GOYEN RCA‑T series is a right-angle threaded pulse diaphragm valve, featuring a 90-degree configuration between the inlet and outlet ports. This design allows for efficient and compact installation within various systems. The series offers both integral pilot (CA) and remote pilot (RCA) variants, catering to different operational requirements.
This valve is an essential control element used in the reverse-jet cleaning process of baghouse and cartridge dust collectors. Upon receiving signals from a pulse controller, it releases compressed air bursts that clean the filter media, maintaining optimal dust collection performance.
Constructed with a high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy body by default, the GOYEN RCA‑T series also provides an optional stainless-steel version for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It supports multiple thread standards, including NPT, RC, and G, with port sizes ranging from 3/4" to 3", thus accommodating a wide variety of industrial dust removal applications.

Features:

A complete size range is available, spanning from RCA15T to RCA76T. Additionally, spare diaphragm repair kits can be easily obtained, allowing for quick and efficient on-site maintenance whenever needed.
The product supports a wide working temperature range. For diaphragms made of NBR, the temperature tolerance spans from ‑40℃ to 82℃. Viton diaphragms can operate between ‑29℃ and 232℃. Furthermore, ultra-low-temperature diaphragms are offered as an optional feature for selected models.
