The Mecair 200 Series represents a range of high-performance right angle pulse jet diaphragm valves specifically designed for reverse pulse filter cleaning applications in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. These valves operate by receiving electrical signals from a pulse controller, which triggers rapid, high-energy bursts of air that effectively clean filter bags.
This series includes seven different models, accommodating port sizes from 3/4″ up to 3″. The 1½″ models are offered in both single and double diaphragm configurations, while the 2″, 2½″, and 3″ variants feature double diaphragms. The valve’s inlet and outlet are arranged at a 90° angle, enabling a compact and space-saving installation.
There are two primary variants within the Mecair 200 Series. The VNP Series comes with an integrated solenoid pilot mounted directly on the valve. This design is ideal for situations where electrical control is preferred, and the models available include VNP206, VNP208, VNP212, VNP214, VNP216, VNP220, and VNP224.
On the other hand, the VEM Series features a remote pilot valve connected to the main valve through nylon or metal tubing. This configuration provides installation flexibility by allowing the pilot valve to be positioned away from the main valve body.
