Product Description:

The WATSON WPS-CA Series represents a line of high-performance pulse jet diaphragm valves, specifically designed for reverse pulse filter cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. Functioning as the compressed air "switch" within pulse jet dust collector setups, these valves are activated by electrical signals from a pulse controller. This control mechanism enables them to release instantaneous, high-energy air bursts that effectively clean filter bags.

To accommodate different installation needs, the WPS-CA Series is offered in several configurations. The first option, the WPS-CA/TG Series, are right angle valves featuring a 90° bend between the inlet and outlet. This design makes them well-suited for placement between the air manifold and the blow pipe. One model from this series is the WPS-CA/TG76, available in 3-inch (DN76) size.

Another configuration is the WPS-CA/EP Series, which includes submerged or embedded valves installed directly into the air manifold or air tank. This setup provides superior flow characteristics with minimized pressure loss, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring low air pressure. The models within this series include the WPS-CA/EP76 (3" / DN76), WPS-CA/EP102.B (3.5"), and WPS-CA/EP102 (4" / DN102).
