Product Description:

The Turbo pulse jet valves are high-performance diaphragm valves specifically designed for reverse pulse filter cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. Acting as the compressed air "switch" within pulse jet dust collector systems, these valves are operated by electrical signals from a pulse controller. This mechanism allows them to release instantaneous, high-energy air bursts that effectively clean filter bags.

The FP Series, also known as Right Angle Valves, features a 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. Equipped with female threaded connections (G-thread), these valves are ideal for installation between the air manifold and the blow pipe. They come in various sizes ranging from ¾” to 2½”, including models such as FP25 (1”), FP40 (1½”), FP50 (2”), and FP65 (2½”).

The SQP Series, sometimes referred to as Submerged or Embedded Valves, are installed directly into the air manifold (air tank). This design offers superior flow characteristics and reduces pressure loss, making them well-suited for applications operating under low air pressure. Available models include the SQP75 (3” / DN80), which can be fitted with either a G3” flange or threaded connection.

The SRM02450 Pilot Valve is a precisely engineered 1/8” pilot air solenoid valve intended for remote pilot control applications. This valve features an IP65 protection rating and supports multiple voltage options to accommodate various operational requirements.

The valve body is made from die-cast aluminium alloy, ensuring durability and lightweight performance. The standard diaphragm material is NBR (nitrile rubber), suitable for temperature ranges from -40°C up to +80°C. For high-temperature environments, FKM (Viton) diaphragms are available, which can withstand temperatures up to +200°C. Coil voltage options include DC24V, AC110V, and AC220V, all featuring IP65 protection. Notably, the diaphragm has a service life exceeding one million pulse cycles.

Features:

The Right Angle Design of the FP Series features a 90° inlet-outlet configuration with female G-threaded connections. This compact design allows for efficient installation between the air manifold and blow pipe, saving valuable space.

The Submerged Design in the SQP Series involves installing the valve directly into the air manifold. This reduces pressure loss, improves flow characteristics, and is particularly suitable for low-pressure applications.

Equipped with an Integral Pilot Control , the valve includes a built-in solenoid pilot that enables direct electrical control, enhancing operational efficiency.

Constructed from a durable aluminium alloy, the valve body is die-cast to provide excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining a lightweight structure.

Internal components such as the core tube, plunger, and screws are made from stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

There are multiple diaphragm options available, including NBR (standard, operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C) and FKM/Viton (for high-temperature applications, ranging from -30°C to +200°C).

The valve operates over a wide pressure range of 0.05 to 0.8 MPa (0.5 to 7.5 bar), accommodating various pneumatic system requirements.

With a fast response time, the valve opens within 0.023 to 0.027 seconds (23 to 27 milliseconds), ensuring rapid actuation.

It supports multiple voltage options including DC 24V (15W), AC 110V, and AC 220V (19VA, 50/60Hz), providing flexibility for different electrical environments.
