Product Description:

The Burkert 6281 series represents a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valve engineered for dependable shut-off, dosing, and filling applications involving both neutral and aggressive gaseous and liquid media. This valve is constructed with a stainless steel body combined with an FKM (fluororubber) seal, providing outstanding corrosion resistance along with excellent performance at elevated temperatures.

To ensure full switching functionality, the valve requires a minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar. Its design incorporates a vibration-resistant, centrally screwed coil system paired with damping elements, which results in quiet operation during closing and contributes to an extended service life of the valve.

The FKM diaphragm is specially designed to withstand exposure to hot air, chemical solutions, oils, and solvents. It supports media temperatures ranging from 0°C up to +90°C, and this range can be extended to +120°C when equipped with an epoxy-coated coil. The stainless steel body further enhances the valve's durability, making it well-suited for aggressive media and challenging environments.

To optimize power consumption during operation, the valve can be fitted with coils featuring "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics assembly, which utilize double coil technology. Additionally, a manual override option is available to facilitate easy maintenance and commissioning processes.
