The pulse valve functions as the essential “switch” for compressed air within a pulse-jet baghouse dust collector. It operates through electrical signals from the pulse controller, which cause it to open and close instantaneously. When activated, the valve releases bursts of high-pressure air from the air manifold into the filter bags. This rapid air pulse causes the bags to expand and vibrate, effectively dislodging the accumulated dust.

Technical Specifications: The working pressure ranges from 0.1 to 0.86 MPa, with a recommended operational range of 0.3 to 0.6 MPa.
