The pulse valve functions as the critical "switch" managing compressed air within pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors. Operating under the control of electrical impulses from a pulse controller, the valve swiftly opens and closes, releasing bursts of high-pressure air from the air manifold directly into the filter bags. This process causes the bags to expand rapidly and vibrate, effectively dislodging accumulated dust particles and maintaining filter efficiency.

  • DMF-Z Right-Angle Type : Featuring a 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet with a threaded connection, this valve is compact, easily maintainable, and perfectly suited for small to medium-sized dust collectors.
  • ZF Right-Angle Flanged Type : Equipped with flanged inlet and outlet connections, this model simplifies installation further.
  • DMF-Y Submerged (Embedded) Type : Installed directly onto the air manifold, this type offers excellent flow characteristics and reduced pressure loss, making it ideal for systems with low-pressure air sources.
  • DMF-T In-Line Type : With straight 180-degree ports, this valve ensures smooth and unobstructed airflow.
  • Large-Diameter Valves (8″–16″) : Designed for heavy-duty applications, these valves support large-scale dust removal systems effectively.

Technical Specifications: The device operates within a pressure range of 0.1 to 0.86 MPa, with a recommended working pressure between 0.3 and 0.6 MPa. It is designed for use with clean and dry compressed air. Various voltage options are available, including DC 24V, AC 36V, AC 110V, and AC 220V. The unit features an IP65 protection rating and is suitable for environments with relative humidity levels up to 85%.

Optional Configurations: Users can select additional features such as an explosion-proof coil, suitable for hazardous areas, and a square rubber gasket to enhance sealing and durability.
