The ZK2 series introduces a two-stage vacuum generator structure, a departure from SMC's standard single-stage design. This innovative approach, combined with intelligent digital pressure switches, results in remarkable energy-saving benefits.

One of the key advantages of the ZK2 series is the reduction in gas consumption by more than 90%. The system is designed to automatically shut off the gas supply once the desired level of vacuum is achieved, leading to significant cost savings in operations.

Moreover, the ZK2 series boasts a 50% increase in suction flow rate. This improvement is made possible by the incorporation of an efficient supersonic nozzle, known as the Laval nozzle, which optimizes airflow velocity to enhance suction efficiency.
