If a high-temperature epoxy resin coil is installed, the maximum allowable temperature can be increased to +120°C. Additionally, the FKM material provides excellent resistance against a variety of chemical substances, including hot air, peroxide solutions, and solvents such as tetrafluoroethylene.

This valve functions as a servo-controlled diaphragm valve, requiring only a minimal pilot pressure difference of about 0.2 bar to open. This design ensures stable operation throughout a broad pressure range spanning from 0.2 to 16 bar. It also guarantees dependable actuation even in scenarios involving low pressure or vacuum conditions.
