The Burkert 6281 series belongs to the S.EV range and is a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valve. It is specifically engineered to provide reliable shut-off, dosing, and filling functions for neutral gaseous and liquid media. The valve’s construction includes a stainless steel body combined with an EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) seal, which ensures outstanding corrosion resistance and flexibility at low temperatures, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
To operate effectively, the valve requires a minimum differential pressure. Its design incorporates a vibration-resistant, centrally screwed coil system with damping features, resulting in quiet closing and an extended service life.
