Product Description:

Excellent High-Temperature and Chemical Resistance

The incorporation of FKM (Fluorocarbon Elastomer) seals allows the valve to withstand exposure to high-temperature media effectively. Under standard conditions with a regular coil, the valve can operate within a temperature range from 0°C up to +90°C. When equipped with a high-temperature epoxy resin coil, this upper temperature limit can be raised to +120°C.

Moreover, the FKM material provides strong resistance against a broad spectrum of chemical substances. This includes media such as hot air, peroxide solutions, and solvents containing tetrafluoroethylene, making the valve highly versatile and durable in challenging chemical environments.

Reliable Servo-Assisted Operating Principle

This valve functions as a servo-operated diaphragm valve, which requires a minimal pilot pressure difference of about 0.2 bar to initiate opening. Such a design ensures stable and consistent performance across a wide operational pressure range, from 0.2 to 16 bar.

It also guarantees dependable actuation even when working under low-pressure or vacuum scenarios, thereby enhancing the valve’s reliability in diverse applications.
