Product Description:

The Burkert 6281 series is a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valve engineered for dependable shut-off, dosing, and filling of neutral gaseous and liquid media. To ensure proper valve operation, a minimum differential pressure is required.

Featuring a vibration-resistant, centrally screwed coil system combined with a damped design, this valve guarantees quiet closing and an extended service life. The solenoid coils are encapsulated in chemically resistant epoxy, enhancing durability and reliability.

To minimize power consumption during operation, models equipped with "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics—utilizing double coil technology—are available. The standard brass housing complies fully with all European drinking water standards, while a dezincification-resistant brass option is offered for other markets. Additionally, a stainless steel version completes the product range.

For ease of maintenance and commissioning, the valve can be fitted with a manual override. When combined with an appropriate cable plug conforming to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valve meets the IP65 protection class. Installation flexibility is provided as the valve can be positioned in any orientation, with a preference for the actuator to be upright.
