The NORGREN 18D Series (Model 0880 / 0881) electro-mechanical pneumatic pressure switch is a reliable diaphragm-actuated pressure monitor designed for industrial automation applications. It is commonly used for pressure alarms, interlocks, and loop control systems. This series supports a wide range of working pressures, from vacuum conditions up to 30 bar, and offers multiple port configurations including G1/4, 1/4 NPT, and flange mounting options.
Users can choose between two electrical connection types: DIN EN 175301-803 Form-A and M12×1 IEC 947-5-2. The series also includes LABS-free variants and special brass-body versions tailored for water service applications. These versions are suitable for neutral gases, liquids, and water media, ensuring versatility across various working environments.
The pressure switches are equipped with gold-plated contact microswitches certified by UL and CSA, ensuring intrinsically safe operation. They offer outstanding durability with a mechanical service life of up to 10 million switching cycles, accompanied by excellent repeatability. The standard housings are made from aluminum alloy, while brass housings are available for water-service models. Sealing options include NBR and FPM materials.

Note: It is recommended that set-points be selected within the middle of the pressure range. Never exceed the rated pressure indicated on the nameplate. Inductive loads require spark-quenching protection circuits. Connectors are sold separately; DIN or M12 plugs are not included.
