Product Description:

The Mecair 200 Series represents a range of high-performance right angle pulse jet diaphragm valves, specifically designed for reverse pulse filter cleaning in industrial dust collectors and baghouse systems. These valves operate by receiving electrical signals from a pulse controller, which triggers instantaneous, high-energy bursts of air to clean filter bags effectively.

Covering port sizes from 3/4″ to 3″, the 200 Series consists of seven different models. The 1½″ models are offered in both single and double diaphragm configurations, whereas the 2″, 2½″, and 3″ variants exclusively feature double diaphragm designs. Additionally, the valves have inlet and outlet ports positioned at a 90° angle, allowing for a more compact and space-efficient installation.

The VNP Series (Integrated Pilot) includes models such as VNP206, VNP208, VNP212, VNP214, VNP216, VNP220, and VNP224. These valves come with an integral solenoid pilot mounted directly on the valve body, making them well-suited for applications where electrical control is favored.

Conversely, the VEM Series (Remote Pilot) comprises models like VEM206, VEM208, VEM212, VEM214, VEM216, VEM220, and VEM224. These valves feature a remote pilot valve connected through nylon or metal tubing, providing installation flexibility by allowing the pilot to be positioned separately from the main valve.

Constructed from die-cast aluminium alloy, the valve bodies undergo black anodised treatment to resist corrosion, ensuring durability in harsh industrial environments. The standard diaphragm material used is NBR, although options such as Viton (FKM) and other materials are available to meet varying application requirements.
